Descendants

   1--Teresa Barron(step)
   2--Larry Gene Barron(step)

...I have very little information on Haskell but Mary Louise Taylor his niece told some nice stories about him on Facebook. I will quote them here:

...His 1st wifes name was Bonnie and his 2nd wife was Mary. He did not have but 1 daughte. His last wife was Earline and that would be Larry's mom if it is the Larry I am thinking of. Larry is about my middle sons age which is 30 so it must be his wife and not daughter. I wouldn't think he could have a daughter that old. I will have to get ahold of Dad to see when he died. I think it was about 2003 or 2004. He had a very colorful life. He was in the service with Elvis Presley ,rode with the Hells Angels had a girlfriend named June back then I remember her. She always had butterscoth candy in her pocket. And he was always working on his bike, lol. We were around him alot when he was married to Aunt Mary she is from Gracemont and is a detective with the Anadarko police dept to this day.His daughters name was Teresa she was Bonnie and his. And I heard not to long ago that she has passed away. Larry would know me. And he would know my Dad. I'll try to think of some more..

...Well I do know some pretty funny things about him for instance he could talk the squirrels out of the trees or the snakes out of the ponds. It was uncanny at times. He could feed them right out of his hands. He would coax the snakes up on a rock to sun right beside him. He spent alot of his last days camping out at Lake Chickasha. Fishing and drinking, lol. He loved to hunt and fish at one time but I guess for the most part he loved animals and wouln't hurt them or let anyone else. He was one of my favorite Uncles. Even though he drank alot he would know all mine and Kathys kids name and do just pretty much anything for them.He was really good with wood too. He made some really beautiful things. We had so much fun with him when I was young. He lived outside of Gracemont not to far from Uncle Gerald. I can remember in the late summer early fall he would take us down some old dirt roads and we would steal watermelons out of the big watermelon fields, lol. Ofcoarse back then we didn't that was the same as stealing. We thought it was a game we played with Uncle Hack, lol. All though I do remember some old farmer shooting at us one of those late nights, lol. He would take us just riding in the back of the pickup down all those dirt and gravel roads. I'm sure my Mom was about to have a fit.lol
